Spearmint essential oil is very similar to peppermint essential oil. How to use spearmint essential oil?
To calm digestive disorders: it is recommended to mix a drop of essential oil with a tablespoon of sweet almond oil, or another vegetable oil of your choice such as jojoba oil, and apply it on your belly.
In the event of an anxiety attack: it is advisable to mix two drops of spearmint essential oil with the vegetable oil of your choice and to massage the back as well as the solar plexus to bring a calming and relaxing effect.
In case of a cough: mix a few drops of spearmint oil with a teaspoon of sweet almond oil and vigorously rub the back and soles of the feet.
Healing in case of wound: Mix two drops of spearmint essential oil with the vegetable oil of your choice, then apply the mixture to the wound.
As a diffuser: place a few drops of essential oil in the diffuser and turn it on, the spearmint essential oil will then diffuse into your room and bring you a relaxing effect, perfect after a stressful day at work.
It should be taken into account that spearmint essential oil is prohibited for pregnant and breastfeeding women, for people prone to epileptic seizures, children under 6, and the elderly.
