Its properties and different uses
Lime essential oil is rebalancing, invigorating, anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, anti-mycotic, and sedative. Let’s find out how to use it right away:
In case of inflammation of the colon:
→ in a teaspoon of vegetable oil, dilute 2 drops of lime oil and 2 drops of peppermint oil. Massage your belly with this mixture, morning and evening for 2 to 3 days (in adults only).
In the case of toenail fungus (onychomycosis):
→ in a 10 ml dropper bottle, pour ⅓ of lime essential oil, ⅓ of laurel oil and ⅓ of Palmarosa oil. Every day, massage your nail with 2 drops of this mixture, for 2 to 3 months.
→ in parallel, prepare a foot bath twice a week: in a basin of lukewarm water, add a teaspoon of bath base in which you have added 10 drops of this oil. This will prevent attacks from other nails and skin.
In case of stress:
→ massage your arch of the foot with a dab of aloe vera gel, in which you will have diluted 2 drops of lime oil.
In case of sleep problems:
→ in the evening, prepare a calming diffusion in your essential oil diffuser: mix 4 drops of lime oil, 2 drops of incense EO, and 5 drops of lavender oil.
